Here’s A Little About Me
Jon Edmund is a 23-year-old singer-songwriter from Norman, Oklahoma. Although he is new to releasing his own music, he is not new to the music industry. Through playing in bands, writing, producing, and mixing, he feels extremely thankful to get so many perspectives on how music is made and how the industry works.
Edmund’s entrance into the music industry was because of a friendship between ONE TWO TEN’s current lead singer Andrew May. Together they started a cover band that went by the name Supersonic Love Club. The band played at charities, parties, private events, festivals and took advantage of just about any opportunities to perform. With the adjustments of some members Supersonic Love Club eventually morphed into ONE TWO TEN.
Although Jon Edmund was the drummer and background vocalist for ONE TWO TEN, this is where Edmund learned the most about what it takes to be successful in the industry. The band earned the opportunities to perform with some very notable bands and artists like Marilyn Manson, Issues, Polyphia, Bad Wolves, Candlebox, and Rodrigo Y Gabriela. They also got to perform on some of the best stages including the Zoo Amphitheater, The Jones Assembly, and Diamond Ballroom.
The future for Jon Edmund is yet to be determined, but he knows he will work in the industry in one way or another and he will continue to release music. Southern Gentleman is his first EP released on June 10, 2022, which will feature his country roots. Edmund does work behind the scenes on many projects serving as a writer, engineer, producer, and mixer. He enjoys the process of bringing any song and any style of song to life.
